Lieutenant Herbert Hughes

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he will arrange for the publication of the agreement reached between representatives of the Governments of the British Commonwealth and of the U.S.A. at the recent Telecommunications Conference at Bermuda.

Mr. Dalton:

Yes, Sir. A White Paper containing the text of the Agreement has been laid before the House and copies are now available at the Vote Office. All the signatory Governments have approved the Agreement.
