HC Deb 10 May 1946 vol 422 c130W
Sir E. Graham-Little

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he is aware that it is proposed to close Gallowhill Hospital, Morpeth, Northumberland, for Polish servicemen suffering from tuberculosis, and to transfer the patients to an unsuitable temporary hospital composed of hutments in a distant part of the country; and if he will reconsider this decision.

Mr. Dalton:

There is no immediate intention of closing down this hospital.
