§ Mr. Murrayasked the Minister of Food when the next allocation of tomatoes is expected in this country and what will be the amount; and whether he is aware that the county of Durham is still awaiting its turn.
§ Sir B. Smith:During the next two months the quantity of imported tomatoes will be small in relation to the population. I am aware that Durham has had no allocation yet but this applies also to a great part of the remainder of the country. Durham, and other areas, will receive their share as further supplies become available.
