asked the Attorney-General if he will consider bringing in a Bill to deal with the leasehold principle which obtains in this country so as to make sure that, after payment of ground rent for an agreed number of years, it shall automatically become the freehold of the organisation or the individual who built the premises.

No, Sir. I do not think such a restriction on freedom of contract would be in the public interest.
