§ Mr. BelcherWe have designated a number of small firms in rural areas to make utility furniture and we are willing to consider applications from others able and willing to make it. In exceptional cases where individual craftsmen are doing work of high quality, we are sometimes able to arrange for them to get small supplies of timber to enable them to carry on.
