§ Squadron-Leader Hollisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will consider enabling at council and municipal elections more adequate publicity to be given of the place or places at which intending candidates can deliver their nomination papers.
§ Mr. EdeInformation as to the time and place for the delivery of nomination papers is contained in the Notice of Election, and I have no reason to think that the statutory provisions as to the publication of this notice are insufficient.
