§ Dr. SummerskillSome winter cabbage surplus to market requirements exists in the Eastern Counties this year. This frequently happens when weather conditions are favourable for production. The surplus will not be wasted. It will be fed to stock or used as green manure. The demand for dehydrated green vegetables is not sufficient to make it worth while dehydrating any part of this surplus.
