Member for Maldon, Essex, concerning an order which has been interpreted by a number of men .serving in S.E.A.C. as increasing the period of Python en titlement from three years four months to three years five months; and if he will make a precise statement on this matter.

Mr. Teelingasked the Secretary of State for War if he is aware that Python 33W personnel embarking from ALFSEA, who embarked ex-United Kingdom during December, 1942, will not embark for the United Kingdom until April next; and whether the qualifying period for Python commences from the time of embarkation ex-United Kingdom and ends on disembarkation in the United Kingdom.
