§ 97. Sir F. Sandersonasked the Minister of War Transport the profits 15W earned by the railway companies in the year ended 31st December, 1945; the amount which has been paid to the railway companies under the hire agreement; and the profit which has accrued to the Treasury for each of the financial years from the commencement of the control.
§ Mr. BarnesI would ask the hon. Member to await the White Paper which will be issued shortly giving the information he requires for the year ended 31st December, 1945. The information for earlier years will be found in Command Papers 6252, 6349, 6436, 6512 and 6619.
