§ 100. Brigadier Lowasked the Minister of Transport what immediate proposals he has in mind to relieve the hardship which he is causing to ex-Servicemen who ran small haulage contractors businesses before the war and wish to restart their businesses again, by failing to define which sections of road transport he proposes to bring under public ownership in forthcoming legislation.
