Friend to the report of the Working Party on the Cotton Industry, copies of which are available in the Vote Office, and in particular to No. VII of the recommendations in that report, and also to the statement which I propose to make after Questions in reply to the hon. Member for Walton (Mr. Haworth) on the manner in which the Government propose to deal with the report.
