Mr. DugdaleEngine-room artificers may perform various duties at the discretion of the commanding officer, and it is not clear from the Question that they have been employed in a manner contrary to the regulations in this instance. H.M.S. "Buchan Ness" is at present serving abroad, but if the hon. Member will let me have further details and these indicate a breach of the regulations, I will have the matter investigated.
