§ Mr. LawsonI have been in consultation with my right hon. Friend the Minister of Town and Country Planning and I am advising the Swindon Town Council how to proceed if they wish, as I understand, to claim an amount in excess 339W of that which is payable by my Depart-merit under the Compensation (Defence) Act, 1939.
