§ Mr. BarnesApplications for road service licences authorising the operation of sight-seeing tours in or through Central London at separate fares will continue to be dealt with by the Area Traffic Commissioners concerned on merits, and in accordance with the relevant statutes. The Commissioners impose such restrictions as to routes and other matters as they think necessary.
