Major Mott-Radclyffeasked the Minister of Labour if arrangements can be made for newly qualified teachers who have not done their period of military service to be called up immediately on leaving colleges and universities, in order to ensure that they will be available to take up teaching posts in the shortest possible time.
§ Mr. IsaacsUnder normal practice arrangements are made to call up before his turn any man who asks for that to be done, and I will see that newly qualified teachers are so informed.
