§ Mr. EdeVisas are not actually endorsed in Germany until military exit permits have been granted. Up to last Saturday 97 visas had been endorsed in Germany under this scheme, and 121 in Austria The statistics are not kept in a form which would enable me to answer the last part of the Question.
