asked the Minister of Education (1) whether she intends setting up an emergency training college for teachers in Cardiff;

(2) what developments have taken place in the effort to establish an emergency training college in South Wales.

1 hope that it may be possible to establish an emergency training college in or near Cardiff, but definite arrangements to secure a suitable building have not yet been completed.
