Mr. Patonasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will give for the year 1945, for England and Wales, the names and ages of all persons condemned to death for' murder; the names, dates and prisons of execution of all persons executed for murder; and the names of those reprieved.
§ Mr. EdeTwenty persons were convicted of murder in 1945. Ten have been executed and ten, including two persons certified to be insane, have been reprieved. I am sending to my hon. Friend the other particulars for which he asks.
