§ Sir B. SmithThe food value of jelly is low. It is, however, a popular food, and. will serve to add some variety to the diet. It will be sold against points after 31st March, to ensure equitable distribution. With regard to the last part of the Question, the housewife of course is free to spend her points as she wishes.
