§ Mr. DaltonNo, Sir. Personal representatives who wish to wind up an estate are entitled under the existing law to transfer the deceased's right to post-war credit, e.g. to the residuary legatee. The Tax Office that issued the original certificate will be prepared in such a case to issue56W a new certificate to the transferee on production of Probate or Letters of Administration.
