§ Mr. Harold Macmillanasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether, in view of the continued delay in settling war damage claims, he will consider the 376W desirability of dealing with this matter by the immediate distribution of bonds for the amount involved, laying down suitable conditions on which these bonds shall not be cashed until a certain date or except under special conditions.
