§ 105. Mr. W. R. Williamsasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Admiralty whether he is in a position to reply to letters of 4th June and 21st August, respectively, from the hon. Member for Heston and Isleworth relating to the case of Mr. G. V. Gibbs, of Hounslow.
