§ Mr. Swinglerasked the Minister of Education the total number of students over 14 years of age who were undergoing full-time education in all types of educational establishments in England and Wales on 30th June, 1946, in grant-aided schools.
§ Miss WilkinsonIn January, 1946, there were 344,627 pupils over 14 on the registers of grant-aided schools. Figures for students in establishments of Further Education are not yet available.
