§ Miss WilkinsonIt is intended to open the Emergency Training College at Llandrindod Wells on 20th January, 1947. The Emergency Training College at Cardiff, which will be largely a day college, will probably open some time in the late Spring of 1947, but I cannot yet name a precise date.
