§ 15. Major Bramallasked the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster whether it is proposed to await the establishment of a central German Government before handing the German industries in the British zone scheduled for nationalisation over to public ownership.
§ Mr. J. HyndIt has been decided forthwith to appoint German custodians to hold the assets of the principal industries in the Ruhr until elections have been held and the political situation has become clear enough to make it possible to take final decisions upon the most appropriate form of public ownership for these industries.
