93. Lieut.-Commander Hutchisonasked the Secretary of State for War whether he will allow the time spent by men on short university courses run under the auspices of the Army to count as Army service in the fixing of age and service release groups.
§ Mr. BellengerMen were relegated to the Reserve for these courses and attended them as civilians, and I do not propose to alter the policy that only paid service with the Colours counts for purposes of release.
