§ Mr. BellengerA locally born wife of a British Regular soldier is eligible for free treatment in a military hospital abroad; but as I informed the hon. and gallant Member on 19th November locally born wives of non-Regular soldiers, being in their home countries, are expected to make use of local civil hospitals if possible.
