§ Mr. MarquandWoollen piece goods may be imported from France under the token import arrangements announced on 8th April last. These were extended to France on 6th November. The quantity which may be imported per annum is limited to 20 per cent. by value of the prewar imports of similar goods from France. The rate of duty chargeable is. in general, 20 per cent.ad valorem.
