§ Mr. Wilmot:Government Departments have standing instructions to declare for disposal equipment in excess of their needs, but in view of the shortage of scientific instruments they have recently been asked to make a special review of their holdings of such equipment. The duties connected with the disposal of scientific instruments fall to the Ministry of Supply.
