§ Mr. LeonardThe factory will be used mainly for the manufacture of explosives required for the Services. The production of formaldehyde for civil use has been considered, but there is at present no demand for additional supplies. In the event of a sufficiently increased demand, the plant at Bridgwater would probably be used.
