§ Mr. Silkin:It is not possible to deal with this matter fully within the compass of a Question and answer, but if the hon. and gallant Member has in mind any particular point perhaps he will communicate with me. In general, the recommendations of this Report have been and will continue to be given careful consideration by my Department in consultation with the other Departments concerned, and such recommendations as involve legislation will be taken into account, in so far as is desirable and practicable, in the various legislative measures which I hope to introduce in the course of the present Parliament.
