§ 84. Mr. Priceasked the Minister of Health whether he will give an assurance that a farmer, who has received permission to build a house for an agricultural worker under the old scheme, by which he received a £10 a year subsidy, but has not yet started building, will be able to qualify 345W for the £15 a year subsidy under the new scheme without a long delay and a reopening of his case.
§ Mr. Bevan:In the circumstances described, it would be necessary for the farmer to apply to the local authority for the approval of his proposals under the new Bill after it has become law.
