96. Mr. Gallacher

asked the Secretary of State for War, if. in view of the fact that vacancies for the new Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst, are to be filled only by persons who are British subjects, the sons of British subjects and of pure European descent, he will take immediate steps to remove from qualification for admission to the Academy any question of racial discrimination among British subjects.
