§ 65. Mr. Beattieasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will state the full terms of the new comprehensive reinsurance agreement recently arrived at between His Majesty's Government and the Government of Northern Ireland in the new National Insurance scheme and in the provisions of family allowances for the people of Northern Ireland; and the estimated annual cost to the Exchequer.
