§ 67. Mr. Stokesasked the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware that persons of Yugoslavian nationality, detained in some cases without interrogation at Terni Detention Camp, have been removed by force to an unknown destination; and whether he will give an assurance that these people have not been sent back to Yugoslavia against their will.
Mr. Bellenģer:No persons are detained at Terni Camp without interrogation. Recently six Yugoslav nationals in that camp, whose surrender has been requested by the Yugoslav Government on grounds of collaboration with the enemy, were removed to a prisoner of war camp while further consideration was being given to their case. No decision has yet been reached as to whether or not they should be sent back to Yugoslavia.
