§ Miss Rathboneasked the Minister of Education whether she has considered a resolution unanimously passed by the headmasters and headmistresses of eleven high schools in Liverpool, of which a copy has been sent to her, begging for some relaxation in the requirements for registration and other records, in view of the strain imposed on the clerical staff; and what action she proposes to take to meet their difficulty.
