§ Mr. Osborneasked the Under-Secretary of State for Air if he is aware that certain roads through the Kermington and Kelstern aerodromes in North Lincolnshire, which are now out of commission, have been closed to civilian traffic, causing considerable loss of time and labour to the farming community which is compelled to make wide detours; is there any reason why these roads should not be re-opened to civilian traffic at once; and what steps does he propose to take in the matter.
