§ Mr. Sorensenasked the Minister of Health if he is aware that some householders and landlords would be willing to sublet their houses provided suitable internal alterations were effected; and whether local authorities will be empowered to grant permission in such cases for the provision of a separate water supply and such other adjustments as 1536W could enable a family to live in reasonable comfort in the sublet rooms.
