§ Miss WilkinsonI am glad to be able to say, with the concurrence of my right hon. Friend the Minister of Works, that in any case where building must be started if the Government's declared intention of raising the school-leaving age on 1st April, 1947, is to be carried into effect, the ban will no longer apply.
