§ Mr. Greyasked the Minister of Health if, in view of the necessity to avoid the waste of valuable by-products contained in coal, he will consider instructing those responsible for house building either to instal more economical cooking ranges or provide an alternative method of cooking at rates comparable with the price of coal.
