§ Mr. Ellis SmithThe speech to which the hon. and gallant Member refers was an authoritative exposition of the Government's intentions for industry and, as such, a report of it was given in the "Board of Trade Journal." This was in accordance with the aim of this publication to supply to industry the fullest possible information on Government regulations and plans, as well as on trading conditions generally.
