§ Mr. DaltonUnder the Tithe Act, 1936, only owners of land, or holders of long leases at less than rack rent, are liable to pay tithe redemption annuities. If a tenant receives a demand in error, he should return it to the Tithe Redemption Commission, giving them the landowner's name and address.
