§ Mr. Wilfred PalingThis is a matter which I intend to keep under review, but I am afraid I am not at present in a position to say when it will be practicable or desirable to appoint a day for the operation of Section 5 of the Pensions Appeal Tribunal Act, 1943, particularly in view of the priority which must be given to the much more important issues involved in entitlement appeals.
