§ Mr. A. E. Daviesasked the Secretary of State for War whether he will amend the qualifications required of candidates for the War Department Constabulary to permit the enlistment of suitable ex-Service-men who did not attain the rank of war substantive sergeant in the Regular Army.
§ Mr. LawsonRecruitment to the Regular War Department Constabulary is at present confined to men who have completed a long-service engagement in the Regular Army. As at present advised I see no good reason to modify this rule.
