§ Lieutenant Herbert Hughesasked the Under-Secretary of State for India whether his attention has been drawn to the incident at Barrackpore on Wednesday, 14th November, when members of the W.A.C. of India were turned out of a military dance owing to a protest made by members of the W.T.S.; who was responsible for this insult; whether disciplinary action has been taken; and whether he will make clear to all serving personnel in India that this type of behaviour will not be tolerated by His Majesty's Government.
