§ Major Wilkesasked the Minister of Health whether in view of the desirability of encouraging all means whereby parents feel able to support larger families, he will consider raising the limit on houses coming within the Rent Restriction Act, to £100 in the provinces as well as in London.
§ Mr. BevanI will consider this matter in connection with the general review of the provisions of the Rent Restriction Acts, but I can hold out no prospect of early legislation.
