§ Mr. BuchananAll the schemes submitted by the Board for the generation and distribution of electricity have been the subject of careful consideration, before confirmation, by my right hon. Friend in accordance with his statutory duties under the Hydro-Electric Development (Scotland) Act, 1943, and as Planning Minister for Scotland, In so doing he has consulted with all the appropriate Ministers concerned.
