§ Mr. Boothbyasked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether he is aware of the necessity of excluding foreign trawlers from the Moray Firth, in the interests of the fishing industry as a whole; and what steps he is taking to ensure this end.
Mr. FraserI am well aware of the situation referred to. The matter has already been taken up by the Foreign Office with the Foreign Governments primarily concerned. It is hoped that they will agree to appoint representatives to take part in early discussions on this subject.
