§ Mr. MarquandAs my right hon. and learned Friend informed the hon. Member for Evesham (Mr. De la Bère) on 15th October, the discussions now taking place in Washington will, I hope, be extended before long into a wider conference on international trade. Pending the conclusion of the present discussions it is not possible to publish any proposals.
