§ Mr. Jacksonasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will cause inquiries to be made with regard to a Manchester firm which causes advertisements to be inserted in South Wales papers offering for sale boots and clothing and after receiving money orders from customers fails to despatch the goods and also refuses to return the money; and if he will cause action to be taken to deal with this firm.
